After becoming a certified journaling practitioner—and spending more than a decade in mental health—I’ve learned to ask the questions that work like a lantern…bringing just enough light for your next right step.
The ones that feel like the final clues
right before your favorite true-crime podcaster solves a 20 year-old cold case.
And when you answer them, something shifts.
You feel lighter. More grounded.
Not because the answers are dramatic,
but because they were already yours.

The Inner Calm Club
A cozy, creative, 20-minute guided journaling reset. Offered live on Zoom and as a recording, so you can join in real time or on your own schedule. Each month begins with a seasonal theme and is designed to help you settle your nervous system. Leave feeling calmer, more centered, and confident about the month ahead—with practical tools you can return to anytime.
Clear out mental clutter and tell your mind what it must focus on to help you conquer the upcoming month.
Each Session Includes:
Gentle grounding to slow down your body and mind
Guided journaling prompts and ideas for the month ahead
A simple, intention-setting moment for the upcoming month
One ritual or micro-journaling technique you can reuse anytime
Bite-sized education about stress relief, mindset training, motivation/energy, or overall well-being.
There’s no sharing, no pressure, and no need to be “good” at journaling— this is a short, supportive pause to help you feel steadier and grounded as the new month begins.
Investment: $25/month or $60 for 3 months
Group meets virtually- typically on the first Sunday of the month at 8:15pm. Recording will be in your inbox within 24-48 hours.

What it looks like:
You and I meet on Zoom for a highly supportive, guided journaling session. I bring prompts, grounding exercises, and questions that help you access the wisdom you already have.
